- Innovation technique presentation and exchange within and between sectors, unification of sectors' resources for
- solving social problems and non-profit sector consolidation.
- An open dialog between the public and the state on social problems in order to enhance the quality of decisions taken.
- Creating a vision of municipal social policy and of the priorities of the city's social development from the public point of view.
